How to Make Omelette
Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- (50g) mix vegetable
- (3 picces) smoked beef
- (2 picces) scallion
- (1 clove) garlic
- (1/2 clove) bombay onion
- (2 grain) red chillies
- (1 grain) green chillies
- (2 tablespoons) butter
- (1/2 teaspoons) salt
- (1/4 teaspoons) sugar
- (15 sachets) chili sauce and tomato sauce
- Chopped garlic, bombay onion, scallion, red chillies, green chillies, and smoked beef.
- Heated the pan, and add 2 tablespoons margarine.
- Next, saute garlic, bombay onion, red chillies, and green chillies.
- Whisk eggs with slices of smoked beef, scallion, vegetable mix, onion, chilli, salt, and sugar.
- Pour the mixture into the pan.
- Turn the omellete with a spatula when it golden brown and cook both sides.
- Serve with chilli sauce and tomato sauce.
